Hardox® 500 is a bendable and weldable wear resistant steel with a nominal hardness of 500 HBW. Suitable for applications requiring higher wear resistance.
Hardox® 500 provides good machinability with guaranteed impact toughness (Hardox® 500 Tuf) when specified, while increasing load capacity and service life.
